Job Description

1) Analyzing computer hardware problems, rectifying them, servicing and replacing parts when necessary.

2) Installing software, demonstrating its usage and troubleshooting when users are faced with problems.

3) Updating system software when required.

4) Setting up and solving problems with computer network systems, cabling and wireless networks.

5) Configuring email accounts through POP3, Outlook and IMAP.

6) Anti virus software installation, reporting new virus files and malware removal.

7) Maintaining back up files.

8) Setting up equipment for web conferences and other events that use computers and their peripherals.

Requirements

1) 5 O level passes.

2) A + Certification.

3) Network + Certification.

4) Any additional certification would be beneficial.

5) Work experience within the field.
