Job Description

• 1) Analyzing computer hardware problems, rectifying them, servicing and replacing parts when necessary.
• 2) Installing software, demonstrating its usage and troubleshooting when users are faced with problems.
• 3) Updating system software when required.
• 4) Setting up and solving problems with computer network systems, cabling and wireless networks.
• 5) Configuring email accounts through POP3, Outlook, IMAP and MS Exchange.
• 6) Anti-virus software installation, reporting new virus files and malware removal.
• 7) Maintaining back up files.
• 8) Setting up equipment for web conferences and other events that use computers and their peripherals.

Requirements

• 1) 5 O level passes.
• 2) A + Certification.
• 3) Network + Certification.
• 4) Any additional certification would be beneficial.
• 5) Work experience within the field.
• 6) A good working vehicle at your disposal.
