Bulldog provides three types of contracts:
- Preventative Maintenance contract. Bulldog will carry out several procedures on a monthly, quarterly or bi-annual basis to ensure your computers are up-to-date and to circumvent potentially costly failures or data loss.
- Computer Hardware Service contract. Have your computers and printers cleaned regularly to reduce the chance of failure. Particularly useful in dusty environments.
- IT Support contract, we can tailor this contract depending on the size of your business. This contract facilitates a certain amount of monthly service hours at a monthly rate, that is considerably less than our regular hourly rate. You call us anytime Monday to Friday during normal working hours and we allocate a technician to resolve your issues, either remotely or on-site with preferred priority.
